“Dr. Jeannie Doig’s Tips for Optimal and Weight and Health”

This book is an easy-to-read step-by-step guide to eating healthily! It was created from a series of power point presentations I did in 2008 for Ucluelet First Nation on weight management and nutrition.  Topics covered include:  Choosing the proper carbohydrates, fats, and proteins;  How to cook whole ancient grains; Healthy recipes; Supplements for weight loss;  Stress reduction techniques.
