Yoga is excellent for the mind, body, and spirit. It trains the mind and body to be more connected as one flows through the practice in a calm state of awareness and presence.
Yoga can help reduce stress and is excellent for anxiety and any nervous system disorder It also helps the body physically by building strength and flexibility. It can and should be practised regularly to help develop mind body connection, awareness , flexibility, self-love, and strength.
